Probably my biggest frustration with most of the knowledge management apps out there — in coverage if not impact — is how limited their code block support is.

Your note app’s kernel is in Go? I dunno, put Chroma in and send the AST back and forth with the electron editor front-end. Sure it’ll suck all my CPU but then you’ll only be missing half a dozen of the languages I use regularly.

Okay yes but they use Markdown and I prefer ReST or really just give me a block-based editor for notes.
Which establishes that I’m just impossible on principle.
