@tek at its peak Ubuntu was a good desktop distribution but a middling server distro. Always preferred straight Debian for servers.
Nowadays Ubuntu’s best as I dunno a WSL driver? Pretty much the only context I use it now, though admittedly that’s at some point every time I boot into Windows so good for them I guess?

@tek @PresGas and these days I get better driver results with EndeavourOS (Arch-based).
NVidia so never actually good, but somehow better overall experience than on Ubuntu derivatives.
