Parsing some structured text (because I decided it’s easier than untangling the code which generated this text) and getting an idea of the complexity and what granularity I should be thinking about by counting lines in each section.

I enjoyed Deadpool & Wolverine very much. At this point you know the exact beats a Deadpool movie requires and those that a Wolverine movie must have, and they melded them effectively.
You had your tasteless violence, earnestly ironic fourth wall breaking, liberal artistic applications of the word “fuck,” Wolverine is sad, Wolverine is mad, Wolverine is suddenly shirtless and oiled. It’s all there.
I also enjoyed the fanservice, including Liefeld’s Just Feet and the Stan Lee cameo.

and honestly bringing in Gambit, doing him well, and using the fact Gambit’s never had screen time as part of the shtick? That was note perfect.
(Sure okay Wolverine Origins, but that wasn’t Gambit, or Deadpool, and much as I love Liev Schreiber’s performance that wasn’t Sabertooth)

there were things that would have been surprising if I protected myself from spoilers, but I never do that and I still enjoyed them.
