LLMs bore me. Also, Jupyter notebooks are kinda clumsy. So I found a way to make it interesting.

@genehack I know better than to trust code that was written by people.

Code that was written by a program that was written by people to emulate code that was written by people?

(shudder)

But I’m still deeply intrigued by the classification and processing aspect (not so much the summarizing, but I hope to unlock “this bit makes no sense, what were you smoking when you took these notes?” from the program when it looks at my notes)

I tried GitHub Copilot paid subscription for a year. Used the different available models. Exactly once it showed me a nifty bit of Go code I hadn’t learned yet. The rest of the time it was an interrupting walrus.

I hear the others are better. I don’t care. At current budget the option is “food” or “interrupting walrus.”
